Rostock Tumbler

An old tumbler breed (going back more than 100 years (known from 1743 and 1878 mentioned in a Pigeon magazine) named after the Town of Rostock in Mecklenburg, Northern Germany, related to the Danish and Hamburg Tumbler breeds, the 1st World War (1914-18) caused a rapid demise in the Breed and it became extinct by 1930's but was 'remade' from 1959 and a Breed club followed in 1984 .The Breed comes in Black-Red-Yellow with Blues being developed.All crested with white flights and white tail.
